Commodity exchange. Services of a trading organization

In the process of carrying out the bankruptcy procedure of a business entity in order to satisfy the demands of creditors, there is a need to realize the company's property, because the bankrupt is recognized by the court as unable to repay the recognized claims on his own within the prescribed period . Special organizations are involved for this.

It is significant that since January 19, 2013, the concepts of electronic trading  and electronic trading platform have entered into circulation in Ukrainian legislation and, accordingly, in the business environment, which made it possible   due to the entry into force  ZU No. 4212-VI  "On restoring the debtor's solvency or declaring him bankrupt" dated 12.22.2011. Previously, all auctions related to the sale of bankrupt property were held exclusively in in traditional paper form, and the right to organize them was only liquidators (arbitration managers) or other legal or natural persons with a license to carry out such activities.

Such trading platforms allow not only to reduce the time and resources for searching for buyers and free entrepreneurs from the need to archive unnecessary papers, but mainly to ensure absolute transparency of the tender procedure, which was practically never realized in classic auctions.
