    1. A completed registration card (Form 1) confirming the state registration of a legal entity.
    2. A copy of the decision of the founders or an authorized body to establish a legal entity.
    3. Two copies of the statutory documents.
    4. A document that helps to certify the payment of the registration fee for the state registration of a legal entity.

    It is also important to keep in mind the peculiarities of submitting documents for the register to the Unified State Register in some cases:

    1. If you have previously reserved the name for a legal entity, you should additionally submit a valid certificate from the Unified State Register on the reservation of the legal entity's name.
    2. If you are registering a business entity (and the law requires the formation of a charter capital), you must also submit a document confirming that the founder has made a contribution to the charter capital.
    3. If the state registration of an open joint-stock company is being carried out, a report on the subscription to shares, certified by an employee of the State Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine, must be submitted in addition.

    The state registration of a legal entity in Ukraine takes no more than 3 business days from the date of receipt of all the necessary documents required to enter a person into the Unified State Register. The registration certificate in Ukraine is issued by registered mail. It can be received by either the founder or a person authorized by the founder no later than one day after the official entry of data into the state register. In addition to the certificate, the founder or an authorized person receives the original constituent documents in one copy, which have a special stamp from the state registrar. It indicates that the registration has been officially carried out.
