We are a US Public Charity whose work is in Ukraine. I wonder if you can quote the costs of either:
Registering Global Humanitarian Assistance, Inc as a foreign NGO in Ukraine
Setting up an independent NGO in Ukraine.
We are also interested in the cost of support services:

Payroll (minimum cost for probably very few people (1-2) if required for the NGO

  Hello Fred, you have three options. Global Humanitarian Assistance, Inc can register a separate subdivision of a foreign non-governmental organisation with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, using apostilled and translated documents of the parent organisation. You can set up an independent Ukrainian charitable organisation or public association and include it in the Register of Non-Profit Institutions. On this page we also offer ready-registered organisations. After registration, a Ukrainian bank account is opened with checks of the founders and beneficial owners.
