ISO certification and CE marking in Ukraine

We prepare companies in Ukraine for ISO certification and help Ukrainian manufacturers with CE marking for the EU market. We handle the diagnostics, management system documentation, internal audit and the certification audit with an accredited body. From you we need company documents, a description of your activities and a person who knows how the business runs. We work remotely with clients across Ukraine and abroad.

Standards we cover

Before you start

ISO develops standards and does not issue certificates itself. Certificates are issued by certification bodies accredited by a national accreditation body. Before signing, we check the body's accreditation and its scope, which must cover your activity.

ISO certification is voluntary. In practice it becomes mandatory through tender documents, retail chain requirements or foreign buyers. Ukrainian food business operators are required by law to apply HACCP-based procedures; ISO 22000 certification remains voluntary.

ISO 9001:2026 was published on 16 September 2026. ISO 9001:2015 certificates remain valid until the end of the transition period on 30 September 2029, and from 31 March 2028 initial accredited certification is issued only to the new edition. ISO 14001:2026 was published in April 2026. We will advise which edition suits your timeline.

How certification works

1. Diagnostics. Why you need the certificate, which standard and edition, which accredited body.
2. Gap analysis. Your actual processes compared with the standard, with a plan of improvements.
3. Documentation. Policy, objectives, process descriptions, risk register, procedures and records that reflect how you really work.
4. Implementation and internal audit. Records running, internal audit and management review completed.
5. Certification audit. Stage 1 reviews documentation and readiness, stage 2 checks the system in practice. Part of the audit can be remote if the body allows it.
6. Certificate and surveillance. The certificate is valid for three years with annual surveillance audits and recertification in year three.

Timing

Timing depends on company size, number of sites, process maturity and the certification body's schedule. We give a dated plan after diagnostics and tell you straight away whether a tender deadline is realistic.

What we need from you

• registration documents (extract from the Unified State Register, charter);
• description of products or services and the sites where you operate;
• headcount and organisational structure;
• a contact person responsible for the project;
• for CE marking: technical description, drawings or specifications, existing test reports.

Working remotely

We consult by phone, messengers or video calls, exchange documents by email and sign contracts with qualified electronic signatures. No in-person visit is needed. The certification body audits you on site or online, as agreed with the body.
