Wholesale trade in medicines on the territory of Ukraine is carried out by enterprises, institutions, organizations and individuals - entrepreneurs on the basis of a license issued by the State Service of Ukraine for Medicines.
The fee for obtaining documents for the wholesale trade in medicines is one minimum wage.
The period of validity of the license for the wholesale trade of medical preparations is unlimited.
How to get a license to trade in medicines?
The procedure for obtaining a license to trade in medicines consists of the following stages:
- development of documentation based on the data provided by the client (registration of a pharmacy warehouse passport: obtaining a permit for premises for carrying out activities from SES, fire protection, state inspection for quality control of medicines, regional state administration);
- selection of personnel (a sufficient number of qualified specialists with higher pharmaceutical education), but not less than two;
- passing the metrological verification of medical measuring equipment;
- obtaining approval from the State Service of Medicines and Medical Products;
- obtaining a license.
To obtain a license for wholesale trade in medicines, the following documents are required:
From the founder:
- certificate of state registration;
- certificate of entry into the state register - statistics;
- charter (mandatory with the inclusion of the relevant type of activity);
- bank details, VAT payer certificate number;
- lease agreement for the premises in which this activity will be carried out (at least 3 years) or copies of documents, certified in accordance with the established procedure, confirming the ownership of the premises;
- (with the specified purpose of using the area specifically for the storage of pharmaceuticals);
- pharmacy warehouse passport;
- certificate of metrological verification of specialized medical equipment.
Required documents confirming staffing:
- information on the composition of specialists (their list, full name, total work experience in this form, certification, name, graduation date of the university);
- pharmacy diplomas;
- personal medical books of employees;
- labor contracts; copies of the work book; orders of employment (certified by the seal of the enterprise); job assignment orders;
- copies of the certificate of metrological verification of specialized medical equipment.
After registration you will receive:
- passport of the pharmacy warehouse;
- drug trade license.
