    The cost of liquidation of a non-governmental organization includes:

    • consultations on all issues of liquidation of a non-governmental organization;
    • preparation of all documents required for liquidation;
    • notary services;
    • ALL duties, fees, payments, excluding fines;
    • deregistration in ALL instances;
    • our fee

    Even if a non-governmental organization - a legal entity is no longer active or has fulfilled its function, unfortunately, you have to submit reports and pay fines for violating the deadlines for its submission. Therefore, the best option in this case is to terminate the NGO.

    There are two ways to terminate an NGO: by its own decision (self-dissolution or reorganization by joining another NGO, but always with the same status) or by a court decision on forced dissolution.

    In addition, in the termination of a public association, it is necessary to distinguish between two stages: termination of the internal organizational activities of the NGO and termination of the NGO as a legal entity.

    In the case of reorganization of an NGO, which can only be carried out by merging with other NGOs of the same status, the consent of the public association to which the merger is carried out is also required.

    The assets of an NGO that remain after all settlements can only be transferred to other NGOs, and if no such decision has been made, they are transferred to the budget.

    How to liquidate a non-governmental organization?

    The procedure for liquidating a non-governmental organization consists of the following steps

    • Preparation of all necessary documents (in particular, the decision to terminate activities) based on the data provided by the client;
    • carrying out liquidation actions, passing inspections;
    • archiving of documents and destruction of the seal;
    • deregistration in ALL instances;
    • making an entry in the EDRPOU on the liquidation of a non-governmental organization;
    • making an entry on the termination of activities in the Register of Public Associations

    Usually, the tax and Pension Fund impose huge fines even on companies with no activity. We do not leave the liquidation procedure unchecked, so we always take measures to minimize penalties whenever possible.

     The following documents are required to liquidate a representative office of a foreign company

    • certificate of registration of a non-governmental organization;
    • certificate of registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
    • a decision (protocol) on the termination of the non-governmental organization's activities (the text of the decision or protocol can be provided by our company);
    • reports from funds;
    • reports from the tax service;
    • a certificate from an archival institution on the acceptance of documents that, according to the law, are subject to long-term storage

     The main problem is passing the tax audit. It can literally take years to be scheduled. We have developed mechanisms to legally accelerate the appointment of an audit by the tax authorities and, as a result, speed up the entire procedure.

    After liquidation, you will receive

    • an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on exclusion from the register;
    • a notice of cancellation of the entry in the Register of Public Associations
