Administrator, Controller and Processor (processor)will not be responsible for the distribution and use of your personal information that you have made visible to other users of the site. Such information loses the status of personal data.

By registering on the Web service and agreeing to the specified Policy, the User gives the Administrator the right to mention the User as a user of the Administrator's services, to refer to the User for advertising purposes.

In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Controller and/or the Processor must inform the User and the supervisory authority within 72 hours.

Personal data of Users of the Web service is protected using methods of data encryption, anonymization, strengthening the stability of the database and control by the Administrator over physical and virtual access to personal data.

Personal data is not transferred for use and familiarization to third parties who do not cooperate with the Web Service and / or Users of the Web Service, except in cases where such data is disclosed legally and by a court decision or if the User abuses his own rights to use the Web Service . .

Web Service employees, third parties providing services and/or cooperating with the Web Service on other contractual terms, enter into Non-Disclosure Agreements for information that became known to them while working with the content of the Web Service.

  • submit a reasoned request to change or destroy your personal data by any processor of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or inaccurately;
  • to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of them, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is unreliable or discredits the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
  • Submit complaints about the processing of your personal data to public authorities and officials whose competence includes the issue of personal data protection, or to the court;
  • apply remedies for violations of data protection laws;
