OUR MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• a student of the last or 3-4 years of studying law, willing to develop professionally and learn new things (this is a very important condition for successful work in our firm);
• good computer skills (office suite, Bitrix24, office equipment);
• basic knowledge of corporate and commercial law of Ukraine;
• experience in registration and liquidation of business entities is welcome. But if you don't have it, we are ready to teach you everything.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• obtaining permits, interaction with government agencies;
• providing legal assistance under the guidance of senior colleagues with experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Monday-Friday from 9.00 to 18.00;
• official employment in accordance with the Labor Code.
• Sick leave and vacation are paid. Days off are given for all public holidays.
