What tasks does the service help to accomplish?

Today, many entrepreneurs involved in construction are acutely aware of the issue of putting the completed work into operation. The fact is that this process is considered very important for both the customer and the contractor. It is after obtaining a special permit that the real estate can fully function. In addition, only after that can the right to own the object be registered. This process is also necessary for those who want to put into operation a private house or any other structure. The level of complexity of the construction is taken into account, which determines the timeframe for obtaining a permit.

Features of commissioning and benefits of this service

This service implies that the completed building is ready for use. This decision is made by a special commission. After all the inspections are completed and the approval certificate is received, the owners can register their facilities with the local BTI. It is there that you can get a certificate of ownership.

What are the benefits of this service?

    1. If any inconsistencies with the requirements described in the technical documentation or regulatory documents are found, the commission indicates that the facility is not ready for delivery. Thus, additional defects can be found and corrected in time.
    2. Thanks to the professionalism of our lawyers, the commissioning procedure will be held at the highest level. We are ready to offer you a positive result in a short time.
    3. The commissioning procedure depends entirely on the complexity of the building and its size.
    4. Only after this procedure is completed can you connect such vital communication systems as water supply, heating, and gas to the building.

    1. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.04.2011 No. 461 "On the issue of commissioning of completed construction projects" with relevant amendments.

    3. The Law of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine" dated 3.07.2012 No. 5029-VI.

If it falls into category 4 or 5, then the SACC must issue you a special certificate based on the information from the Act on the readiness of the facility.
