What ISO 45001 confirms

The standard requires systematic prevention of injuries and ill health: identifying hazards, assessing risks, consulting workers, meeting legal requirements and learning from incidents. The current edition is ISO 45001:2018 with Amendment 1:2024. ISO 45001 replaced OHSAS 18001, and the migration period has ended.

ISO 45001 and Ukrainian labour law

ISO 45001 is voluntary and complements the employer's duties under the Law of Ukraine on Labour Protection: training, briefings and permits for high-risk work. We check these mandatory elements during diagnostics because auditors look at them too. We also handle the declaration on labor protection separately if you need it.
